Recently Google has confirmed that the SMS messaging feature on Google my business page will be stopped.
No customer could able to reach you through the message from 15th November. But you need not worry about this. Still, get a message from the customer who wants to contact you. Follow the steps below:
- Download the ‘Google My Business’ app from Play Store.
- Log in your Google account
- Tap the ‘Customers’ tab
- Select the ‘Messages’ option
- Tap ‘Turn on messaging’
After completing all these steps you can receive and respond to messages through the App. Not only that you may customize your messages. You get notifications and can assign a role to your employees who can respond quickly to the customers.
